To my shock, the wi-fi or Broadcom Adapter icon was gone. I Tried the Reinstall Driver step and restarted my laptop. I searched the internet for Broadcom 802.11n Network adapter not Working.
#Broadcom 802.11n network adapter driver settings how to
It was until yesterday that out of curiosity I tried to search how to fix my wi-fi network adapter. I tried some advice but still to no avail. I tried searching the internet on my mobile phone for help on how to fix my wi-fi connections. I am either planning to buy a new mobile phone to be used as the tethering device or buy a new laptop. Unfortunately, the charging socket of my mobile phone was broken, I cannot charge with its charger nor can I tether it again to my laptop. I am able to connect to the internet with my laptop when I tethered my android phone into it ( I remember watching Game of Thrones episodes online with this method). I tried everything in the Control settings to no progress. I tried to tinker with the adapter settings even uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. I have problems connected since the upgrade. I suspect the disconnection was caused by the OS upgrade. There were times when I can get connected but ultimately disconnected after ten minutes or so. Connection problems are showing in the Chrome browser. I was able to login in our wi-fi but I cannot surf. Everything went well until a time where I cannot connect to our wi-fi or the connection is limited.
